Recipe for Okonomiyake

Recipe for (4 small pancakes)
From the garden (cabbage, green onion, eggs) 

Okonomiyake

EQUIPMENT
Chopping Board
Mixing bowl
Chopsticks/whisk
Measuring cups and spoons
Fry pan
Egg flip
INGREDIENTS
¾ cup cabbage
½ cup green onion
4 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
3 tablespoons water
1 egg

WHAT TO DO

  • Shred cabbage, slice onion greens
  • Whisk together egg, water, flour and baking powder. When smooth, stir in vegetables
  • Drop spoonfuls onto preheated hotplate
  • Fry over medium heat until browned, flip and repeat
  • Serve with BBQ sauce, mayonnaise, cheese or seaweed

Other vegetables can be substituted such as zucchini & carrot
