Recipe for Okonomiyake
Recipe for (4 small pancakes)
From the garden (cabbage, green onion, eggs)

| EQUIPMENT Chopping Board Mixing bowl Chopsticks/whisk Measuring cups and spoons Fry pan Egg flip |
INGREDIENTS ¾ cup cabbage ½ cup green onion 4 tablespoons flour 1 teaspoon baking powder 3 tablespoons water 1 egg |
WHAT TO DO
- Shred cabbage, slice onion greens
- Whisk together egg, water, flour and baking powder. When smooth, stir in vegetables
- Drop spoonfuls onto preheated hotplate
- Fry over medium heat until browned, flip and repeat
- Serve with BBQ sauce, mayonnaise, cheese or seaweed
Other vegetables can be substituted such as zucchini & carrot
